With lived experience of disability, the company founder, Heather Macpherson, had a clear vision for the type of business she wanted to create. In 2020, she set about designing the Perth-based business from the ground up to operate in the NDIS environment.
17 Solutions is a completely flexible operation, with a team of hand-picked, like-minded professionals delivering the PBS services people need, where they need them, and the way they want them. We have an extensive network of providers that are consulted (when required) to ensure the best in practice research and strategies are examined.
A virtual-office operation minimises administrative overheads, but still allows us to ensure our multidisciplinary teams are comprehensively supported with supervision, professional development, coaching and detailed practice frameworks, and work together to deliver coordinated support.
This flexible business model, combined with quality systems and the 17 Solutions practice framework, allow its professionals to focus on what they do best, providing person-centred, capacity-building services to their clients.
