In this section, we will provide up-to-date information about how the coronavirus pandemic is affecting the disability sector, and what the 17 Solutions team are doing to help keep you connected and safe during these challenging times.
17 Solutions is fully compliant with all COVID-19 safety plan regulations required by the Government. We have emergency measures for dealing with any outbreaks and lockdown periods, which include following the latest WA Government and NDIS guidelines.

Current COVID Information
We are running business as usual in general. During 2022/23, with multiple waves of COVID rolling through Perth, we are flexible in adjusting our appointments, especially when working with those who cannot wear masks or have complex health needs.
We do not charge cancellations fees for more than 24 hours notice in Perth, and try to swap face to face visits with report writing for you if you cancel less than 24 hours. Please let us know as soon as possible if your situation changes to minimise impact for all of us.
